Applications are available for download below and should be returned by mail or may be dropped off to the attention of the Eastern Long Island Hospital Auxiliary, Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital (SBELIH), 201 Manor Pl., Greenport, NY 11944.
Applications are also available for pick-up in the ELIH Foundation Office, located at 222 Manor Place across the street from SBELIH.
The ELIH Auxiliary is accepting volunteers for the Opportunity Shop which is a thrift store located in downtown Greenport. In addition, there are limited volunteer opportunities within the Hospital.
