Quannacut Outpatient Services is a comprehensive behavioral health facility dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. 

Located in Riverhead, Quannacut provides highly individualized, integrated care that addresses both immediate needs and long-term recovery goals. Our programs are designed to treat the whole person, mind and body, while also offering support to family members and loved ones. Quannacut Outpatient Behavioral Health Services is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

In addition to outpatient care, Quannacut operates three recovery homes on the East End, providing safe, structured, and supportive living environments for individuals transitioning into sustained recovery.
 

Outpatient Services Offered

• Co-occurring Disorder Treatment: Integrated care for individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health conditions, using evidence-based psychotherapeutic and medical approaches.
• Individual and group therapy
• Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT): Access to medications such as Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and Antabuse to support recovery.
• Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management: Comprehensive assessments and ongoing care from experienced psychiatric providers.
• Telehealth Services: Convenient virtual therapy and support sessions.
• Primary Care Medical Services: Attention to physical health needs alongside behavioral health treatment.
• NYS DMV Treatment Program: Evaluations and treatment services for individuals seeking driver's license reinstatement.
   

Through a continuum of care that includes outpatient substance use and mental health treatment and recovery housing, Quannacut is committed to helping individuals build a strong foundation for lasting recovery and wellness.
 

Office of Mental Health Licensed Clinic (OMH)

Quannacut Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in Riverhead now holds a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) license, expanding our ability to provide comprehensive care.

OMH-licensed clinics are authorized and regulated to provide a full range of mental and behavioral health services - including individualized treatment, counseling, support and rehabilitation programs - designed to help individuals recover and thrive in their communities.

At Quannacut, we already offer highly personalized care for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Our services are designed to support not only the individual, but also their family and loved ones.

With the addition of our OMH license, we are now able to diagnose and treat individuals with primary mental health conditions, ensuring that all outpatient needs can be met in one convenient location.
