Quannacut Outpatient Services is a behavioral health facility that addresses patients’ immediate and long-term substance use issues, as well as the impact on their support system, family members and significant others. Centrally located in Riverhead, the facility provides highly individualized programs for patients with diverse needs across a wide variety of treatment disciplines so that patients can receive all outpatient care in one location. We also have three recovery homes on the East End.

Specialized treatment for individuals facing both substance use and mental health challenges using a psychotherapeutic, medical approach.

Medication for Addiction Treatment
Evidence-based medications provided to support recovery from substance use disorders, including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone and Antabuse.

Psychiatric Evaluations
Comprehensive assessments and medication management services by experienced psychiatrists.

Primary Care Medical Services
Addressing physical health needs alongside behavioral health concerns, including walk-in evaluations.

NYS Department of Motor Vehicle Treatment Site
Providing necessary evaluations and treatments for driver’s license reinstatement.
 

Office of Mental Health Licensed Clinic (OMH)

Quannacut Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in Riverhead now holds a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) license, expanding our ability to provide comprehensive care.

OMH-licensed clinics are authorized and regulated to provide a full range of mental and behavioral health services - including individualized treatment, counseling, support and rehabilitation programs - designed to help individuals recover and thrive in their communities.

At Quannacut, we already offer highly personalized care for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Our services are designed to support not only the individual, but also their family and loved ones.

With the addition of our OMH license, we are now able to diagnose and treat individuals with primary mental health conditions, ensuring that all outpatient needs can be met in one convenient location.
