Our recovery homes are a welcoming place for individuals working through substance use disorders, supporting their journey
toward an independent and sober lifestyle. We provide safe, affordable, high-quality recovery homes that are essential for those completing inpatient or residential treatment, as well as for anyone seeking a nurturing environment before transitioning to independent living.

Our Recovery Homes
Located on the east end of Long Island in Mattituck and Flanders
Recovery homes play a crucial role in helping individuals build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
▪ Separate homes for men and women
▪ Full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, large yards at all homes
▪ Rent is $625 per month — self-pay and DSS is accepted
▪ Professional House Manager coverage for all three homes
▪ To live in our homes, a person must be fully independent
▪ Quannacut Outpatient Services Recovery Homes are LGBTQ* inclusive. We are respectful and inclusive of all identities.

House Guidelines
Rules and practices include, but are not limited to:
▪ We do not tolerate words or actions that are violent or discriminatory.
▪ Substance use or possession is prohibited.
▪ Smoking inside the houses is not permitted.
▪ Attendance at weekly house meetings is required.
▪ Participation in recommended treatment is expected.
▪ Compliance with drug testing requests is necessary.
▪ Medications must be stored properly.
▪ Residents must abide by curfews.
▪ Assigned chores must be completed.
▪ Rooms should be kept clean and orderly.
▪ The use of candles or incense is not allowed.
▪ Residents are eligible for pre-approved leaves of absence.

Outpatient Support Services
Integrated Care: Quannacut Outpatient Services provides integrated care, offering both substance use disorder treatment and primary care in a single outpatient clinic.

House Managers: Available 24/7 to screen and admit residents, lead weekly meetings, help with benefits, monitor the housing environment, approve leave of absences, respond to crises, and provide support to all residents.

Transportation: Our Recovery Homes are located near local bus routes and businesses. Transportation is provided for laundry and grocery needs. The service will operate three days per week.

Telehealth Access: Telehealth-enabled tablet computers are available in our recovery homes.

Peer Advocacy: A Certified Recovery Peer Advocate is available to offer extra support and connect individuals with recovery resources
in the community.

Referrals: Care is centered around each individual’s needs, with treatment recommendations tailored specifically to them. Direct connections and referrals to appropriate services and support networks are provided.

Centrally located in Riverhead, Quannacut Outpatient Services provides personalized support for patients facing both immediate and long-term substance use issues, extending care to families and support networks with a variety of treatment options in one location.
