Primary care services include physical exams, vaccinations, same-day sick visits, and referrals for laboratory services, imaging, and specialists. Southold Family Medicine focuses on health and wellness, incorporating lifestyle modifications to manage and prevent chronic conditions, while using medications when necessary.
Southold Family Medicine provides addiction medicine services for a full range of substance use disorders. We offer inpatient treatment for detox and rehab as necessary through our affiliation with Quannacut, part of Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital in Greenport. We treat patients with substance use disorders and prescribe medications for alcohol use and opiate use disorders at our Southold office, as well as at our Quannacut Outpatient Services facility in Riverhead.
