Winner is responsible for all related taxes. If at least 1000 tickets are sold, but less than 1100 tickets, the winning ticket holder shall only have the full cash option. If 999 or less tickets are sold, the winning ticket holder shall receive cash equal to 25% of the net proceeds. If more than one name is on the ticket, the only option will be the cash option.
