Heidy Merius, DNP specializes in Sleep Medicine at Stony Brook Sleep Disorder Center. She treats insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, and other sleep disorders. Her passion is to promote Sleep Health Awareness in the community. For this program, she will take a quick look into what sleep is and why it is important, how the certain Sleep Disorders affect your health, and what can be done to treat them. Our hope is for you to become better informed and empowered to improve your sleep health.
