Today, December 1, 2020 is Giving Tuesday: a global generosity movement that unleashes the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. Even during these uncertain times, you have the power to join this global movement and be the change that you wish to see in your community.

Dr. Fred M. Carter II Memorial Fund
Dr. Carter became a member of the medical staff of Stony Brook Eastern Long Island in April 2001. From that day forward, he was a valued member of the team and became a mentor to many. Dr. Carter was widely respected as Chief of Surgery and Vice Chief of Orthopedic Surgery. With his passing, the North Fork community has lost a loving friend, dedicated surgeon; and trusted physician.
