The Dietetic Technician assists the Director of Nutrition Services with the clinical and administrative functions of the nutritional services department.
One (1) year of food service experience required. Six (6) months of (healthcare) cooking and/or six (6) months (healthcare) kitchen supervision preferred.
Associate's degree required. ServSafe certification required. Registered Dietetic Technician preferred.
Good vision and hearing. Ability to use short stepladder. Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds. Sufficient mobility and dexterity of both arms to safely operate equipment, utensils and retrieve stock. Able to work in hot and cold environments.
